چکیده
Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) immunotherapy has recently shown promising approach. However, some TNBC patients presented with resistance. One of the reasons was attributed to excessive release cytokines at tumor microenvironment (TME) such as Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and Interleukin-10 (IL-10). Fine regulation these cytokines’ levels via non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) might alleviate immune quiescent nature TME tumors. extrapolation ncRNAs therapeutic tools is highly challenging. Therefore, disentanglement for isolation natural compounds that could modulate their respective targets an applicable translational Hence, this study aimed targeting chief suppressive (TNF-α IL-10) examine effects Rosemary aerial parts extract on expression in TNBC. Results revealed miR-17-5p a dual regulator TNF-α IL-10. Moreover, intricate interaction been between oncogenic lncRNAs: MALAT1 H19. Knocking down and/or H19 caused induction reduction IL-10 levels. found be down-regulated, while TNF-α, IL-10, were up-regulated BC patients. Forced MDA-MB-231 cells reduced levels, well several hallmarks. In approach, ursolic acid (UA) isolated from rosemary induced miR-17-5p, decreased conclusion, suggests suppressor immune-activator miRNA through tuning up immunological oncological mediators lncRNAs.

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of concurrent training on pre-inflammatory (IL-1β, TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokines gene expression in women with type2 diabetes. Methods: 18-patients (age30-38, >130 glycemic index) were selected, randomly, and divided into control (n=6) the concurrent training(diabetes, n=6) and the concurrent training (healthy...

Background: Pre-eclampsia is the most common critical condition during pregnancy. Plasma concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-1-beta (IL-1β) increase in pregnant women with pre-eclampsia, compared to normal pregnant women. Objective: To investigate the polymorphisms of IL-1β (C+3954T), TNF-α (G- 308A), and (G-238A) in preeclemptic women northeastern Iran. Me...

Immunohistochemical staining of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-10 in benign and malignant ovarian neoplasms
Ovarian cancer is the ninth most common malignancy and the fifth leading cause of cancer death in women in the USA. The majority of malignant tumors of the ovary are diagnosed at an advanced stage, making it the most fatal gynecological cancer. The aim of the current study was to determine whether there are differences in immunohistochemical tissue staining of cytokine tumor necrosis factor-α (...
